Why does my Antivirus software report an issue with EdgeRover™?

Where possible, we have submitted EdgeRover to antivirus software vendors for testing and including in their database of safe software.

Many Antivirus vendors do not support this and rely more on rules such as any new software being suspicious.

In case you see any warnings or error messages related to viruses or malware, please let us know and we will follow up with the vendor.

Submit your feedback as follows:

  • In the main menu, click on Send Feedback
  • On the next screen, click on email
  • This will open your email client – add a description of the issue and as much information as possible about the Antivirus software (vendor, software name and version, screenshot of the message received)
  • On the Send Feedback screen, click on the orange Upload Logs button
