Adding a new manual Collection

You can create a new manual collection in two different ways:

  1. Create a collection and later add items to it, which is useful if you have in mind a few collections you want to create and don't plan to add items to them immediately, or
  2. Have some items already selected and want to add them to a new, or for that matter existing, collection.

Create a new collection from the Collections content view

  • Click on Collections in the main menu
  • Click on the
  • Name the collection
  • Enter an optional description of the collection
  • Click on or Add to Collection if you want to add files to it now

Tip: If you want to immediately add files to a new collection it is more efficient to use the method below.

Create a collection from selected items

When you have one or more items in view, such as when browsing or after searching for files, you can create a new collection as follows:

  • Click on
  • Select the items to add to the collection by clicking on the circle in the top right of each thumbnail
  • Click on
  • In the details panel, click on the New Collection tab
  • Name the collection
  • Enter an optional description of the collection
  • Click on Create Collection
