EdgeRover software technical support

For issues to be investigated – please send an email via the Send Feedback dialog window and also Upload Logs from there.

  • In EdgeRover's main menu, click on Send Feedback
  • In the dialog window, click on email
  • This will open your email client – add a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it, then send the email
  • On the same Send Feedback dialog window, click on the orange Upload Logs button
